Lutenitza [ljutɛnitsä] is a traditional bulgarian dip from red peppers, eggplants and tomatoes, best enjoyed with some bread and/or feta cheese.
Made from red peppers, home-made tomato pure (sugar, allspice, bay leaf, black pepper, no oil), eggplant.
